Retreat Magick Lab is a three-month group experience for photographers who want to build a profitable, sustainable business capturing retreats, without undercharging, burning out, or shooting work that doesn't reflect what they're actually capable of.
This is not a technical training. You already know that part.
We're going deeper than that.
Over three months, you'll move through the full arc of this work: from how you position and price yourself, to how you regulate and show up on-site, to how you deliver in a way that becomes part of your reputation.
The experience includes a live-capture session on my land in Maine: a real retreat environment where you'll put everything into practice in real time, followed by a group editing lab and critique.

THE ARC
Month 1: Signal
We start with foundation. How retreat photography actually works, why it's harder than anything else you'll shoot, and how to position yourself so the right clients find you. We'll also work with the somatics of pitching: how to talk about your work from an embodied place of authority.
Month 2: Presence
This is the heart of the Lab. We go into the on-site experience: logistics, navigating group dynamics, intentionality, and what it actually takes to hold a retreat environment in your body while capturing it. The month closes with our live-capture experience on my land, followed by real-time feedback and group debrief.
Month 3: Legacy
Delivery, communication, and what your galleries transmit about your brand. We'll cover pricing for sustainability, building referral loops, and how to turn one retreat booking into five. The month closes with a final integration session and next steps.

I work at the intersection of somatics, artistry, and visual legacy. And I've never seen anyone else teaching the business and art of retreat photography from this place.
